The Turn Shape project team is in place, with regional and national representatives,
working together towards one shared vision.
By the start of the 2027–28 season, CSIA regions and members share, one clear vision: a simpler, more consistent organization one that delivers further value to every member while respecting each region's needs and character.
The path forward means lighter processes, faster decisions, and less load on the volunteers who keep CSIA running so their time goes toward what matters most: skiing and members.
CSIA becomes more agile and better equipped to grow, proud of what makes each region unique.

STILL BEING WRITTEN
For over 85 years, CSIA has been built by people who love teaching skiing — one region, one hill, one instructor at a time. That's a story worth being proud of, and nothing about Turn Shape changes that.
What's changing is how we work together: lighter, faster, closer to the people who make this association what it is. The heritage stays. The way we carry it forward is what's evolving.

STARTING THE 2027-28 SEASON
We're following a simple, proven process — G.R.O.W. — to guide every step: clarify the goal, look honestly at where we stand, explore every option, then agree on the way forward. Every idea gets a fair look before anything is decided. By the end of the year, we'll have narrowed it down together and agreed on the path that works best for everyone.
Moving forward as a team, region by region, so trust builds as we go. Regions and members stay involved every step of the way through the committee, and this page keeps the dialogue open for everyone.
From the first quarter of 2027, the path we've chosen moves into action with real support on the ground so every region feels the shift early, not months down the line.
You'll see it: simpler processes, resources shared more smartly between regions and national, faster decisions.
You'll hear it: more members proud to say they belong to CSIA a shared vision, spoken in every region's own voice.
You'll feel it: less friction, more confidence, and a real sense of momentum as a team.
Sessions to connect, as we go :
Starting November 2026, we'll host a regional touchpoint every quarter, a chance to hear where things stand, ask your questions, and weigh in before the next step is taken. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to each quarter.
