The BUILDERS program, designed for PAM post carve-out, will guide us through a shared journey to align every level of leadership around a new entrepreneurial mindset and accelerate Falcon 28.
The goal is to step up as one leadership team, take full ownership of the business, make decisions closer to the action, and turn accountability into performance.

3 cohorts, one shared journey: The Executive team will be kicked of first, then there will be 2 kick-offs for managers, 1 in English and 1 in French.
