The Banque Populaire du Sud (BPS) is a cooperative organization located in Southern France, specializing in banking and financial services.
The HR Director, supported by the Executive Committee, expressed their desire to actively support their high potential female managers in both their career development and leadership. The goal was to empower them, unleash their potential, support them in the discovery of their own leadership style, and to promote overall gender balance within the organization.
Everyone is delighted to have followed this very enriching and positive experience, which has enabled them to work on their inner brakes but also to find the keys to unlock external situations and live their leadership fully.
The iNNERSHiP program "Women & Leadership" was first deployed as a pilot, with the first cohort made up of female BPS managers and directors. These leaders went through a blended coaching experience, lasting over a four month period. Co-development workshops, individual coaching and a gamified digital pathway enabled them to explore their self-awareness, social stereotypes, cultural obstacles and opportunities. Following the successful impact of the pilot, the programme was extended to other female BPS leaders.
Professionally and personally, I am no longer the same. My progress has been extraordinary. It's a win-win situation for everyone and for the company too.
After the completion of the program, all participants stated that they gained confidence to assert their own leadership style and follow their professional ambitions. There was a creation of a supportive and caring cohort that contributed to impacting the corporate culture in favour of gender diversity and inclusion.
